About this role

As a Customer Success Manager for SpendHound, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients using the SpendHound platform. This includes onboarding new clients, providing ongoing support, and identifying opportunities for clients to maximize the value they receive from our services. You will collaborate closely with the product and sales teams to relay client feedback and contribute to product improvements. Your role will directly impact client retention and the overall success of the SpendHound product.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably within the SaaS or data analytics industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. A deep understanding of the SpendHound platform and its features is preferred. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
