As an S&T Product Development Scientist, Expert, you will drive innovation and product development in the field of coating formulations for beverage applications. You will collaborate with product development chemists, application, and technical service teams to develop top-notch coatings for beverage applications. Short-term goals include product development, technical assistance, data analysis, and customer engagement. Long-term goals involve innovation leadership, process improvement, and team collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree or a PhD in chemistry or engineering, with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience specifically in coatings formulation. Demonstrated mechanical skills and the ability to operate laboratory equipment are essential. A proven track record in the development of new products, with the ability to adhere to specific timelines, is required. Willingness to travel 10% of the time to learn application expertise from equipment suppliers, customers, and trade shows is also necessary.
