Benefits Specialist

The Benefits Specialist will manage employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans. This role involves communicating benefits information to employees, assisting with enrollment, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws. The Benefits Specialist will also analyze benefits data to recommend improvements and cost-saving measures.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, with at least 2 years of experience in benefits administration. Strong knowledge of benefits programs, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in HR software are essential. CEBS certification is a plus.
