Transportation Quality Manager

The Transportation Quality Manager ensures all goods and services transported meet the highest quality standards. This role involves developing and implementing quality management systems, monitoring data to identify trends, conducting audits, training employees, and preparing reports to communicate quality performance and improvement initiatives.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as engineering or transportation logistics, or an additional 3 years of experience. A minimum of 5–7 years in quality assurance or a related field, preferably within the transportation and packaging industry, is required. Strong understanding of transportation regulations and standards, experience with ocean-bound freight, and excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
