The General Manager will lead the Kenya business, manage the overall health of the business including P&L, define country strategy, lead a cross-functional team, and oversee product strategy. Responsibilities include managing marketing efforts, partner relationships, and ensuring Tala is at the forefront of the fintech ecosystem in Kenya.
Candidates should have 7+ years of startup tech, marketing, or business leadership experience in high-performing, direct-to-consumer businesses. Strong data-driven approach to funnel conversion metrics, campaign performance, and P&L management with attention to detail is required.
