Department: Customer Experience
The Customer Service Manager will manage the customer service group, develop customer support processes, advocate for product improvements, achieve NPS and efficiency targets, and create growth path plans for customer service representatives and team leads.
Candidates should have 5 years of customer service experience, 3 years in a supervisory role, strong analytical and reporting experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience with ticketing management systems. Experience leading process improvement initiatives and managing service center staffing is required.
