Contribute to the sustenance of the MTN brand by providing high-quality customer care to all MTN’s customers through assigned media or within a designated location. Responsibilities include escalating and routing customer issues to relevant process operators, performing necessary system transactions related to customer requests, and maintaining the integrity of managing subscriber data/information.
First degree in any relevant discipline. 1–3 years of experience in a customer service environment in the telecommunications industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
