As the Head of Product for User Growth & Engagement at Moniepoint, you will lead efforts to scale digital adoption for one of our most strategically important divisions. Your role involves owning the full digital journey, including onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and repeat transactions. You will leverage behavioral data to define cohorts, analyze usage patterns, and uncover blockers to scale. Collaborating with marketing, operations, and engineering teams, you will integrate nudges, triggers, and retention campaigns to enhance user engagement.
Candidates should have over 8 years of experience in product growth or related roles, ideally in transactional apps such as e-commerce or fintech, with a focus on growth, engagement, and retention. At least 5 years in product leadership positions, managing Product Managers, is required. Deep experience with behavioral analytics, growth funnels, and experimentation frameworks is essential. A strong product mindset with a bias toward action and measurable outcomes is necessary, along with familiarity with user psychology, habit loops, and personalization techniques.
