About this role

As a Business Relationship Manager, you will engage in business development activities, acquire new customers through the sale of Moniepoint's products and services, and cross-sell additional offerings. You'll actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media, and create marketing strategies to achieve sales targets. Managing and maintaining current business relationships, conducting market research, and participating in marketing events are also key responsibilities.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of in-depth sales experience, preferably in banking, fintech, or similar industries. A strong understanding of the local financial services industry is essential, along with experience in marketing/sales within the banking sector, emphasizing onboarding and managing merchants. Experience selling lending services and merchant POS devices to corporates is advantageous. Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills are required. A tertiary education from a recognized institution is necessary.
