Senior People Business Partner

As a Senior People Business Partner at Braze, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's culture and supporting its growth by providing strategic HR guidance to leadership and employees. Your responsibilities include talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and implementing HR initiatives that align with Braze's mission and values. You will work closely with department heads to address HR needs, foster a positive work environment, and drive employee engagement and retention.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a business partner role. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and organizational development is required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to influence and advise senior leaders, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
