Excellent communication and customer service skills, proven sales experience, experience in sales management and team coordination, capability to conduct effective sales training sessions, strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, relevant experience in marketing automation and digital marketing is a plus, bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
