Sales Agent Specialist

Conduct daily sales activities, including customer interactions, maintaining customer service standards, and supporting insurance sales. Conduct training sessions for clients and team members.

Strong communication and customer service skills, proven experience in sales, particularly in the insurance industry, ability to conduct effective training sessions, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software, bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment, previous experience in a similar sales role is advantageous.
