Head, Software Quality Assurance

The Head of Software Quality Assurance is responsible for leading the QA team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that support the bank’s digital transformation initiatives, overseeing the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and standards.

Minimum of a First Degree in Computer Science or related field. Additional qualifications will be an added advantage. 2–10 years of cognate experience in software quality assurance. Digitally savvy with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A commitment to excellent customer service and strategic thinking abilities.
