The Relationship Management Officer is part of the sales team, building and maintaining relationships with customers, developing and executing sales opportunities, and drawing in prospective commercial and retail customers to achieve financial targets through sales and cross-sales within assigned products and services.
Execute branch commercial sales strategy reflective of the local market conditions to ensure that sales targets are met. This includes having product knowledge, cross-selling, and keeping up to date with changes and developments in the local market/area to drive optimal achievement of sales opportunities. Coordinates cross-selling opportunities with other business departments like corporate solutions, corporate banking, PMS, EFT, virtual banking, and other E-business products for possible businesses/opportunities.
