The Employee Relations Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing employee relations strategies, managing conflict resolution, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment that aligns with the company's values and objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in employee relations or HR management. In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
