In this role, you will serve as the lead strategist and frontline fundraiser for Teach For America's development efforts in the Austin and San Antonio regions. You will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, develop fundraising strategies, and oversee the execution of campaigns to support our mission in these communities.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, with a strong background in major gifts and campaign management. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential. A bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
