As Director, People, you will lead the development and execution of human resources strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent. You will oversee recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development initiatives to foster a high-performing and inclusive culture.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a proven track record in talent management are essential. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
