Field Engineer

The Field Engineer will conduct technical surveys, install SunCulture products, and provide after-sales support. Responsibilities include site visits for feasibility assessments, designing irrigation systems, and mentoring new engineers. The role demands proactive problem-solving and effective time management to meet project deadlines.

Candidates should possess a degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with a specialization in agricultural equipment being advantageous. A minimum of 2 years' experience with solar grid pump systems and irrigation management is required. Strong communication skills, proficiency in GSuite and Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently in dynamic environments are essential.
