Department: People and Culture
The Head of People and Culture will oversee the employee lifecycle from hire to retire, ensuring P&C practices align with business needs. Responsibilities include talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, and learning and development. The role requires collaboration with the Kenya Leadership Team to implement strategic plans.
The ideal candidate has extensive generalist experience in all facets of the employee lifecycle, preferably in startup and scale-up environments. Proficiency in HR policies, HRIS systems, and tools is essential. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required, along with the ability to lead large teams and achieve results through others.
