Visual Merchandising Manager

The Visual Merchandising Manager will lead the design and implementation of visual merchandising strategies to enhance the customer shopping experience. Responsibilities include creating compelling displays, collaborating with store managers to ensure brand consistency, and analyzing sales data to inform merchandising decisions. This role plays a key part in driving sales and reinforcing the See's Candies brand identity.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience in visual merchandising or retail management. Strong creative skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to analyze sales data are essential. Excellent communication and project management skills are also required.
