Program Associate, IDEAL (P1)

The Program Associate will support the IDEAL Activity by assisting in the design, implementation, and monitoring of programs aimed at improving the effectiveness and efficiency of humanitarian assistance. Responsibilities include data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform program strategies and decisions.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with at least 2 years of experience in program management or humanitarian assistance. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and excellent written and verbal communication are essential.
