ReMatter is seeking a proactive Field Implementation Manager to join our Customer Experience Team. This role involves leading end-to-end implementations for new customers, including hardware configuration, end-user training, and workflow recommendations. The position requires approximately 30% travel to customer sites for in-person hardware setup and product training.

Requirements

Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in training or support within a SaaS environment. Proficiency with Windows operating systems, remote desktop software, and hardware installation is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills, a positive attitude, and a customer-first mindset are required. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
