Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in training or support within a SaaS environment. Proficiency with Windows operating systems, remote desktop software, and hardware installation is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills, a positive attitude, and a customer-first mindset are required. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
