Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in behavioral health, with a strong understanding of managed care principles. Excellent organizational skills, the ability to analyze data, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are necessary. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently are also important.
