Behavioral Care Advocate - Remote

The Behavioral Care Advocate will coordinate all components of Health Plan Delegation, ensuring that delegated entities meet Optum's standards for quality and compliance. This role involves conducting audits, providing training, and collaborating with internal teams to address any issues related to delegated services. Your efforts will contribute to the overall quality of behavioral health services provided to members.

A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in behavioral health, with a strong understanding of managed care principles. Excellent organizational skills, the ability to analyze data, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are necessary. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently are also important.
