Telesales Support Representative

In this role, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries and product information. You'll collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets, conduct follow-ups, and maintain accurate records, ensuring exceptional customer service and support.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. Previous experience in telesales or customer service is preferred.
