Expansion Manager

As the Expansion Manager for Tanzania, you will assess, plan, and execute business expansion goals, collaborate with other departments, and hire team members as needed. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work with the Senior Leadership Team to implement new ideas in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Five years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the insurance industry or fintech ecosystem. Proven track record of building and executing a business expansion strategy, experience in high-growth environments, and extensive ability to analyze data and focus on customer/partner empathy are required.
