Expansion Manager "Tanzania"

As the Expansion Manager for Tanzania, you'll assess, plan, and execute mTek's business expansion goals. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team, conduct market research, and develop strategies to drive growth in the Tanzanian market.

A Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in a similar role are required. Experience within the insurance industry or fintech ecosystem is advantageous. A proven track record in business expansion strategy, data analysis, and adaptability in high-growth environments is essential.
