In this role, you'll build a portfolio of mid-market sized customers across North America, prospecting through cold calling and email communication. You'll uncover customer needs, sell MoLo's truckload services, and develop relationships, acting as the main point of contact for customer interactions. This position involves collaborating cross-functionally with carrier sales, yield management, truckload account development, accounting, and modal operations departments to provide integrated transportation solutions.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree (preferred) and at least 2 years of sales experience in the supply chain or third-party logistics industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred. Essential skills include building and maintaining customer relationships, negotiation, multitasking with high attention to detail, thriving in a fast-paced environment, decision-making, problem-solving, and excellent time management. Strong listening and communication skills are crucial.
