As a Sr. Strategic Account Manager, you will focus on channel management, direct and indirect sales within DME, Managed Care, Post-Acute, and Prime Vendor/Distribution markets. Your role includes serving as the single point of accountability for Medela, cultivating internal relationships, leading strategic account penetration strategies, conducting quarterly business reviews, creating compelling business cases, and developing dashboards to measure key performance metrics for key partners.
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience with a manufacturer or distributor of medical device products. A minimum of four years of experience in post-acute channel management and/or indirect sales management with responsibilities over National DME’s is required. Advanced financial analysis and business measurement skills, successful contract negotiation experience, strong independent project management capabilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are essential. Ability to travel 50% of the time is required.
