Serve as the first point of contact for vendors, delivering exceptional support experiences. Handle merchant queries, provide solutions within reasonable time limits, and ensure merchant activation and retention. Build relationships with vendors to promote sales growth.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree, or 2 years' relevant experience. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in a call center, preferably supporting vendors in e-commerce or fintech. Ability to manage multiple merchants and projects simultaneously.
