As the first point of contact, the Contact Center Representative fosters relationships with patients, parents, and guardians by answering calls promptly and effectively communicating patient needs to clinical caregivers.
Applicants must have at least one year of customer service experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in a hospital or medical office setting and familiarity with medical terminology and Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) are preferred.
