AR Specialist

The AR Specialist is responsible for managing denials and aging reports, following up on unpaid medical claims, contacting insurance companies for claim processing, sending medical records, and collaborating with coding teams to resolve denials.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in medical terminology, and one to three years in the healthcare industry with third-party reimbursement, collections, and public contact. Computer proficiency in billing, word processing, and spreadsheet entry is required.
