We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Support Associate to join the His.Doctor team. As the first point of contact, you will play a critical role in guiding patients through our platform, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth, supportive user experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist users in navigating the His.Doctor platform and accessing services.
- Provide accurate information on consultations, prescriptions, and health services offered.
- Record and track patient interactions using the CRM/helpdesk system.
- Escalate medical or technical issues to the appropriate teams.
- Gather feedback and share insights to improve patient experience.
- Ensure all interactions uphold patient confidentiality and data protection standards.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Empathy, patience, and professionalism when handling sensitive health-related inquiries.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business, Communications, Customer Service, or related field.
- Prior customer service or call center experience is an advantage, but not required.
