As a Technical Support Specialist at Help Scout, you'll be integral to our customer support team, assisting users via email, chat, and occasional calls. You'll become an expert in our product, troubleshoot issues, document feature requests, and collaborate with other teams to enhance the customer experience.
Ideal candidates will have experience in customer support, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent written communication. Familiarity with Help Scout's platform is a plus. This role requires working Monday through Friday, approximately 9am-5pm Eastern time.
