Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
