Guidewheel is seeking a Technical Account Manager to support North American customers in implementing and deriving value from our FactoryOps platform. This role involves overseeing technical implementation, providing support for technical setup and inquiries, and troubleshooting issues. Success will be measured by the time to successful implementation, resolution of technical issues, and customer satisfaction.
Candidates should have 1-3 years of operational experience in factories, including familiarity with process improvement and OEE. An entrepreneurial attitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to travel 50-75% are essential. A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field is preferred.
