Field Onboarding Specialist I

Assist patients and caregivers in obtaining appropriate onboarding processes, including reviewing identification documents and providing brief orientations for care plans.

1+ years in a field-based role, DCW certification, excellent written and verbal communication skills, reliable transportation, ability to work independently, bilingual Spanish preferred.
