As the VP of Data & Analytics, you will lead Earnest's data strategy, overseeing data collection, analysis, and reporting. You will work closely with executive leadership to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Extensive experience in data analytics and management, with a proven track record in leading data teams. Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies.
