Site Reliability Engineer II

As a Site Reliability Engineer II at Earnest, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining comprehensive monitoring systems, creating and refining operational playbooks, building dashboards, and adopting industry-standard practices to enhance the reliability and performance of our services. Your role will involve collaborating with development teams to ensure seamless deployment processes and proactively identifying and resolving system issues to maintain high availability and performance standards.

Candidates should have a strong background in site reliability engineering, with experience in monitoring, incident response, and system optimization. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash, and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP are essential. Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and a commitment to continuous improvement are highly valued. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
