Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our client's customers, handling inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency. This role involves answering calls, processing transactions, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of company and client programs.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, and be able to pass a background check and drug test. Availability to work from 10:15 PM to 7:15 PM any day of the week is required.
