Customer Experience Associate IV

In this role, you will support our client's customers as a first point of contact, answering calls, providing product information, and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency. Responsibilities include responding to tolling and administration-related inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining knowledge of company and client programs.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a High School Diploma or equivalent, and be able to pass a background check. Availability to work from 10:15 PM to 7:15 PM any day of the week is required.
