Senior Account Representative, Off Shore

As a Senior Account Representative in the Gas, Oil & Mining segment, you will provide on-site technical service, preventive maintenance, and chemical troubleshooting solutions directly at offshore customer locations. This hands-on, rotational role (14/14 schedule) involves physical activity in outdoor environments and up to 50% travel. Responsibilities include equipment diagnostics, preventive maintenance, chemical treatment optimization, emergency service response, on-site training for customers, collaboration with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum), Chemistry, or Business is preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered. Candidates should have 3–5 years of oil and gas industry experience, with a strong preference for those with oilfield chemical services experience. Knowledge of oil and gas production chemistry and offshore operations is essential. Ability to work offshore on a rotational basis and travel up to 50% of the time is required. Offshore certifications (or ability to obtain) are necessary. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors in challenging and varied environments and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
