Account Representative - Offshore

In this on-call role, you will support the Oil Services Segment by ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of Clariant's products and services at customer sites. Responsibilities include responding promptly to service calls, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting preventive maintenance inspections, collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical issues, representing Clariant professionally, providing on-site training to customers, and adhering to safety protocols and regulations.

A Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering is preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Candidates should have 1-3 years of oil and gas industry experience, with offshore operator experience being a plus. Flexibility to work on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required. Knowledge of oil and gas chemical production is essential. Candidates must be able to obtain offshore qualifications and work on an offshore platform, adhering to strict safety protocols and industry regulations. Comfort with working outdoors in various weather conditions and environments is necessary.
