Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) Leader

As the MRO Leader, you will oversee and manage the end-to-end MRO supply process at the production facility. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with local regulations and Clariant’s ESHA policies, maintaining accurate SAMACO records, managing MRO inventory levels, analyzing equipment needs, collaborating with procurement and vendors, tracking KPIs, preparing and issuing materials for planned work orders, organizing and maintaining a clean, efficient warehouse/stockroom, managing material/equipment numbers, work orders, purchase requests, and PO workflows in SAP, and reviewing and processing invoices accurately and on time.

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university is required. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or maintenance planning. Strong proficiency in SAP (material management, inventory control, work order tracking) is essential. Competence in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is necessary. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are required. A demonstrated commitment to safety and operational excellence is expected.
