The Director of Social Services provides medically-related social services to residents, aiming to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psycho-social well-being. This role involves assessing residents' needs, developing care plans, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Candidates should possess a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) and hold a valid New Jersey Social Worker license. A minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in long-term care, is required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
