Recreation Aide (Full Time)

The Recreation Aide assists in planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual activity programs for residents. This role observes residents' progress and collaborates with the care team to enhance residents' quality of life through engaging activities.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. At least one year of experience in recreation within a geriatric setting or healthcare facility is preferred. The ability to relate well to residents and staff is essential.
