Program Manager, D&D Franchise

The Program Manager for the Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) Franchise at Wizards of the Coast will oversee the development and execution of strategic initiatives to grow and enhance the D&D brand. This includes managing product roadmaps, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that projects align with the overall vision for the franchise. You will be responsible for tracking project progress, managing resources, and communicating updates to stakeholders. Your role is pivotal in driving the success and expansion of the D&D franchise.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably within the gaming or entertainment industry. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of product development processes are essential. Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
