Social Worker

As a Social Worker at VITAS Healthcare, you will provide psychosocial assessments, counseling, and support to patients and their families. You will develop care plans, coordinate services, and assist with end-of-life planning. Candidates should have a Master's degree in Social Work and be licensed in the state of Illinois. Previous experience in healthcare or hospice settings is preferred.
