Clinical Research Site Lead

Reporting into Vial Operations, the Clinical Research Site Lead will oversee subject recruitment, manage patient schedules, site equipment maintenance, and patient record documentation. Collaborating with Vial Leadership and Principal Investigators, the Site Lead will monitor and report on patient metrics and overall trial status.

Candidates should have a strong background in Phase 1 Clinical trials, preferably with a nursing or equivalent background. A passion for Clinical Research and Development, strong skills in time management, documentation, and patient care are essential. Experience with regulatory compliance for Clinical Trials and the ability to make fast decisions without sacrificing data quality are required.
