Talent Advisor– Military Affiliated Talent (Mid-Level)

Serve as a Talent Advisor focusing on military-affiliated talent, providing guidance and support to attract, develop, and retain military veterans and spouses. Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and implement strategies to meet them, enhancing USAA's commitment to the military community.

Experience in talent acquisition, particularly with military-affiliated candidates. Strong understanding of military culture and the unique skills veterans bring. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across various levels of the organization.
