Candidates should have a valid insurance adjuster license and at least 3 years of experience in injury claims adjusting. Knowledge of medical terminology, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to interpret medical records are essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
